If your MB has 2 (or 3) x 64-bit PCI slots in positions B & C (& D), then you can use this Riser Card. If your MB does NOT have 64-bit PCI slot in position B but it dose in position C, then you may need to use 1U 64-bit riser with ribbon cable. In that case, you have only one 64-bit slot to use.
